Movement Heals: Performance Program Showcase

After 6 weeks of artistry, collaboration, connection, learning, listening, moving, and so much more... we are ready to share what we have been working on with you. This program is geared towards all kinds of artists, looking to push the boundaries of what being an artist means to them personally. We work with actors, dancers, writers, and more! Striving to bring more humanity, empathy, and growth in all the work that we do. Using tools to learn how to ground ourselves, activate emotion in a healthy way, and bring more truth into every step and move we make. Each artist will be performing a solo piece, that they have been working incredibly hard on. It would be such a joy to have you come and support them, this program, and local Toronto arts.
